Good afternoon,
I hope you’re having a great week! We’re getting in touch as we’re hosting a Community Day at the athletics stadium Tilsley Park on Sunday the 23rd of August, and we would love to invite you to attend as a stall holder. Apologies for the short notice but I’ve reached out as we currently don’t have anyone offering beautiful soaps like yourself, and we think it would go down a storm with attendees.
We’ll have live music, craft activities, games and demonstrations from our local sports clubs. We’re anticipating great footfall and hope to make this an annual event. I’ve put some further details below.
Event Details:
Event Date: Sunday 23rd of August
Set-up Time: From 10:00am
Public Opening Hours: 11:00am – 3:00pm
Vendor fee: £35 excl. VAT for an all day pitch
Address: Tilsley Park, Dunmore Road, Abingdon, OX14 1PU
Documents required: PLI and risk assessment
